Officeline(以下称"我们")尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用,以及你拥有的权利。

我们收集的信息

• 账户信息:注册时提供的电子邮箱地址,用于登录与账户识别。
• 用户内容:你创建或上传的文档、表格、演示文稿及其历史版本,存储于我们的云服务器,仅用于向你提供同步、编辑与找回服务。
• 订阅状态:通过 Apple 内购订阅时,我们接收 Apple 提供的交易凭据以核验订阅有效期。我们无法接触你的付款方式或银行信息,支付全程由 Apple 处理。

我们不收集的信息

• 我们不收集姓名、电话、地址、位置信息或设备标识符。
• 我们不嵌入任何第三方广告或分析追踪 SDK。
• 我们不会出售、出租或向第三方共享你的个人信息。

AI 功能

当你主动使用 AI 助手(润色、总结、翻译、公式)时,你选中的文本会被发送给第三方大模型服务商以生成结果,处理后不用于模型训练,我们亦不留存该内容的独立副本。不使用 AI 功能则不会发送任何内容。

数据存储与安全

数据存储于云服务器,传输全程 TLS 加密。文档访问需账户凭证;只读分享链接由你主动创建,可随时关闭使其立即失效。

数据保留与删除

删除文件先进入回收站,你可彻底删除以立即释放并清除所有版本。你可以随时在应用内删除账号(点击账户邮箱 → 账号设置 → 删除账号),你的账号与全部数据将被立即、不可恢复地清除;也可以联系 support@softeah.com 协助处理。

开源透明

Officeline 核心代码以 AGPL-3.0 开源,你可以审查数据的实际处理方式:获取源代码。

Officeline Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

Officeline ("we") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Account: the email address you register with, used for sign-in and account identification.
• User content: documents, spreadsheets and presentations you create or upload, plus their version history, stored on our cloud servers solely to provide sync, editing and recovery.
• Subscription status: when you subscribe via Apple In-App Purchase, we receive transaction receipts from Apple to verify your subscription. We never see your payment details; payment is handled entirely by Apple.

What We Do NOT Collect

• No name, phone number, address, location, or device identifiers.
• No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

AI Features

When you actively use the AI assistant, the text you select is sent to a third-party large-language-model provider to generate the result. It is not used for model training, and we keep no separate copy. Nothing is sent unless you use the AI feature.

Storage & Security

Data is stored on cloud servers with TLS encryption in transit. Documents require account credentials; read-only share links are created only by you and can be disabled at any time.

Retention & Deletion

Deleted files go to Trash first; permanent deletion erases all versions immediately. You can delete your account anytime in the app (click your account email → Account settings → Delete account); your account and all data are erased immediately and irreversibly. You may also email support@softeah.com for assistance.

Open Source

Officeline's core is open source under AGPL-3.0 — you can audit how data is actually handled: source code.
