服务内容

Officeline 提供云端文档、表格与演示文稿的创建、编辑、同步、版本历史与分享服务,并提供 AI 辅助功能。核心代码以 AGPL-3.0 开源(获取源代码)。

订阅(自动续订)

• 订阅名称:Officeline 专业版(月度),产品 ID com.officeline.pro.monthly。
• 订阅时长:1 个月,自动续订;除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订,否则订阅将自动续期并从你的 Apple 账户扣费。
• 价格:¥19 / 月(以 App Store 展示的当地价格为准)。
• 权益:100 GB 云空间、每月 1000 次 AI 助手额度。
• 管理与取消:购买后可随时在 App Store 的「账户设置 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。
• 付款:费用由 Apple 通过你的 Apple 账户收取,我们不接触你的付款信息。

免费版

免费账户包含 5 GB 云空间与每月 20 次 AI 额度,无需付费即可长期使用。

你的内容

你上传或创建的内容归你所有。你授权我们仅为提供同步、编辑、版本历史与分享服务而存储和传输这些内容。数据处理细节见隐私政策。

账号删除

你可以随时在应用内(点击账户邮箱 → 账号设置 → 删除账号)删除账号;删除后你的全部文档与个人数据将被立即、不可恢复地清除。

合理使用

不得将本服务用于任何违法用途,或存储、传播侵犯他人权利的内容。违反者我们有权终止服务。

Officeline downloaded from the Mac App Store is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The terms below supplement that agreement.

The Service

Officeline provides cloud documents, spreadsheets and presentations with editing, sync, version history, sharing, and AI assistance. The core code is open source under AGPL-3.0 (source code).

Subscription (Auto-Renewable)

• Title: Officeline Pro (Monthly), product ID com.officeline.pro.monthly.
• Length: 1 month, auto-renewing. The subscription renews automatically and your Apple account is charged unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Price: ¥19 / month (local price as shown in the App Store applies).
• Benefits: 100 GB cloud storage and 1,000 AI assistant requests per month.
• Manage & cancel: manage or cancel anytime in App Store → Account Settings → Subscriptions.
• Payment: charged by Apple to your Apple account; we never see your payment details.

Free Plan

Free accounts include 5 GB storage and 20 AI requests per month, free forever.

Your Content

You own the content you create or upload. You grant us the right to store and transmit it solely to provide sync, editing, version history and sharing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time in the app (click your account email → Account settings → Delete account); all your documents and personal data are then erased immediately and irreversibly.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to store or distribute content that infringes others' rights. We may terminate service for violations.
